Live support
GEO extended it’s support by phone using the advanced technique of FastViewer. 'Live' means getting temporarily access to your computer. During a live session, you and GEO’s staff member can follow each other’s actions.
By starting the Fastviewer-session, user states to understand and agree with following conditions:
- The Fastviewer software may only be used after consulting GEO’s Support desk;
- User safeguards GEO from problems that may occur as a direct or indirect result of the FastViewer-session;
- Remote-access to your computer ends by terminating the FastViewer-session.

Suggestions are registered, discussed and published each month in our Software Questionnaire and Integrated Development tool or simply called SQUID.
